Training

All of our training is delivered by a competent and certified CPCS Instructor who has many years experience as an instructor as well as a machine driver.

He visits all of our sites to ensure that all operators are carrying out pre-shift maintenance checks on equipment: this ensures that all operators fully understand how to carry out their duties and checks correctly.

We issue all of our operators with competency cards which list all of the training that they have received, these cards will include operators name, picture and CPCS number so it can be cross referenced against their CPCS tickets with back up paperwork supplied if required

Quick Hitch Training

This includes Manual, Semi Automatic, Automatic and New Generation styles. This also includes legislation as well as their roles and responsibilities as machine operators, daily maintenance checks as well as the necessary safety checks when changing attachments. This is class room based as well as a practical element

Using Excavators as Cranes (Lifting)

This covers the operational side and safety checks that are required also safety checks to equipment and how to make sure that the correct equipment is being used. It covers legislation as well as best practises of working

General Safe Use and Best Practises of Working with Excavators A general safety awareness course for Operators which incorporate the daily work around checks.
