Whilst we do not expect you to be an expert in your field, to work at Flannery you will need the willingness to learn and the ability to apply any previous experience to your new role. All training and support will be given on systems and processes to ensure you have all the necessary tools to perform your duties to the best of your abilities. There will be the opportunity to develop your skills across different facets of our business as you start your career. JOB PURPOSE

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Undertake duties in full accordance with the company’s policies and procedures
  • Assist with a range of office, administrative and ad-hoc finance-related tasks as required.
  • Assist with Payroll and timesheets
  • Administer all relevant completed paperwork records, scanning, filing, shredding, archiving etc.
  • Answer telephone queries
  • Deal with internal and external enquiries
  • Learn the Company’s Accounts System
  • Inputting data
  • Responding to emails in a professional manner
  • Ensure all personal data is collected, stored, and processed in line with Data Protection Act (DPA), General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and Company policies

ESSENTIAL SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS:

  • GCSE A-C / 4-9 English
  • Ability to work in a fast-moving environment
  • Ability to forge working relationships with staff and customers
  • Ability to work under pressure
  • Ability to multitask
  • Use of Excel, Word, Microsoft Office and in house system
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Good time management
  • Strong attention to detail
