Role and Responsibilities Flannery Plant Hire is a blue-chip plant hire company and one of the biggest suppliers of operated & self-drive plant in the UK . Lead by example and ensure all company procedures and standards are met . Answering incoming calls ·Responding to emails ·Dealing with customer enquires via phone and email ·Assist in resolving customer queries ·Assist in arranging 3rd party attendances ·Raising jobs Reviewing and closing down completed breakdown and service jobs in a timely manner ·Reviewing and recharging damages for 3rd party repairs ·Reviewing and recharging damages for internal repairs ·Raising Purchase Orders ·Overseeing hires, re charges and breakdowns ·Inputting data ·Creating and updating spreadsheets ·Any ad hoc duties where necessary ·Ensure all personal data is collected, stored, and processed in line with the Data Protection Act (DPA), General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and Company Policies Qualifications and Education Requirements ·IT Literate (keyboard, data input and interpretation, basic use of Word, Excel, e-mail, and internet). ·GCSE A-C / 4-9 English – Preferably in English & Math’s Preferred Skills |
