Flannery Plant Hire are proud to now be offering the Skills Bootcamp in Plant Operations as an option for entering a career in construction plant. Aimed at new entrants and existing machine operators, the Skills Bootcamp in Plant Operations for Plant Operators is now recruiting learners.
We’ve partnered with HS2’s construction partners EKFB and BBV to offer free construction machinery operation training at our purpose-built training centres known as our ‘Operator Skills Hubs’. These state-of-the-art training facilities, offer people without any experience in construction the opportunity to be qualified in as little as two-weeks as part of our ‘bootcamp course’. And once trainees successfully complete the course, they’re guaranteed an interview for paid employment!
There’s also courses for upskilling existing operators, including 12-month Trailblazer apprenticeships, which provide candidates with the skills and certification needed to operate four different types of machinery.
We do not currently have any available spaces until April 2024, but as soon as new spaces are open to applications, we’ll advertise.
