The significance of the Norwich Bypass project is the collaborative approach which has been taken, providing data on the payload, fuel burn and overall performance of each core machine on site.
By combining CPM with additional data relating to the health of machines, Flannery are able to give main contractor Balfour Beatty much better visibility of required maintenance, reducing downtime while improving efficiency.
