Flannery- Plant Operator Training
At Flannery, our training programs are crafted to help create the next generation of construction professionals and prepare all operators to meet the challenges of today’s digital construction sites. Every Flannery operator experiences a rigorous onboarding process, meticulously conducted by our team of certified trainers nationwide.
We take pride in our comprehensive set of in-house training modules, thoughtfully designed to complement the industry standard CPCS (Construction Plant Competence Scheme). These modules are widely acknowledged within the industry.
Our commitment to excellence means that all our operators hold the relevant CPCS category as a baseline requirement. Following this, they engage in a series of familiarisation and upskilling modules to further enhance their expertise and stay ahead in the ever-evolving construction landscape.
