Speak Up & Stop Work
The first element of the OperateSAFE campaign is the card. Issued to all employees this empowers anyone to challenge unsafe practice and stop the job.
Observation Cards
Physical cards are supplied and available at all locations and our health and safety team carryout regular “Have your say” sessions. We have also launched an online observation card that allows anyone to share ideas for improvement, highlight best practise or support a colleague.

Toolbox Talks
We continue to develop remote toolbox talks, training videos and safety bulletins. The Plant Trainer Team also spend time on site and are a great resource for health and safety training and communication.
OperateSAFE Ten Rules
Flannery have now launched ten key safety rules, this infographic can now be found across our depot network and is being communicated via video and Toolbox talk sessions.
