Flannery Plant Hire Receives Prestigious Environmental Sustainability Award

We are delighted to share that Flannery Plant Hire has been honoured with the Environmental Sustainability Award at the recent Skanska Costain STRABAG Joint Venture (SCS JV) One Team Supply Chain event.

Our Operations Director, Niall Hester, had the privilege of presenting the exceptional success of our Eco Operator Training Course to industry peers and partners. The course, which is designed to enhance the sustainability and efficiency of plant operations, has had a significant positive impact. Niall was joined by John Marley, Johnny Diaconu, George Patel, and James Barden, who together highlighted Flannery’s ongoing commitment to environmental responsibility and innovation.

This award is a true testament to the hard work, dedication, and collaboration of our entire team. It would not have been possible without the steadfast support and engagement from our site teams and supply chain partners, who share our vision for a more sustainable future.

We would like to extend our sincere thanks to Andrew Hazlehurst MCIPS Chartered and the SCS JV team for organising such a well-executed and inspiring event. The One Team Supply Chain event provided a fantastic platform for sharing best practices, strengthening partnerships, and advancing environmental initiatives across the industry.

At Flannery Plant Hire, we remain committed to driving sustainable progress through collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement.

Together, we’re making a lasting impact on the environment and shaping a greener future for generations to come.
