Designed to be super user-friendly, the 19U-5s are simple to maintain and refuel, and are really comfortable to operate. All-round visibility is great due to the 3-post canopy, and all controls are in easy reach of the operator. The cab door is 120mm wider than previous models and there are two lights in the cab for low-light conditions. Its impressive dig depth of 2380mm and folding foot pedal option make it a really efficient piece of machinery.

Innovation
To protect from on-site damage the hydraulic hose is hidden inside the boom. The precision blade is made entirely from high strength steel and angled to enable thin layers of earth to be removed. And to enable manoeuvrability in tight spaces the boom cylinder sits behind the boom making the turning radius as small as possible.
Sustainability
Greater energy efficiency can be achieved with the Hitachi ZX19U-5A if Bio Oil is used rather than standard oil – and Flannery is happy to supply this where required. To help you manage the productivity of your fleet more effectively the Takeuchi ZX19U-5A is also equipped with some basic telematic capability.
