Proudly joined “The 5% Club”

As a business, we are committed to providing opportunities for apprentices and allowing our people to access training to develop their skills. There is lots of information on our training provision and apprentice opportunities here.

Key to demonstrating this, Flannery is proud to have joined “The 5% Club” and support this initiative, providing skills training opportunities and inspiring the next generation into the construction industry. “The 5% Club” is a dynamic movement of employer-members working to create shared prosperity across the UK by providing ‘earn and learn’ opportunities to develop the skills and talents people need to become more employable and create meaningful careers.

“Delivering the best people for plant hire and encouraging new talent into the industry will always be a key focus for Flannery. We have been and continue to be proactive in our recruitment of apprentices and the development of the best training programs for new talent joining the business.” – Patrick Flannery.
