CAT CS66B

The CS66B Vibratory Soil Compactors feature more weight, increased amplitude and advanced technology to help you quickly reach target density.

Flannery Added Value & Options

  • White Noise Movement Alarm

The white sound emitted is directional and therefore instantly locatable, enabling pedestrians to work out exactly which vehicle is moving and in which direction, allowing them to move to safety.

  • Green Beacon

Flannery visual seat belt engagement green beacons are hard wired and also act as a secondary dead-man device so that the machine will not operate if the seat belt has not been fastened.

CAT Vibratory Soil Compactors quickly reach target compaction because of optimized weight and amplitude. Built-in technology helps make it easy to produce uniform, high- quality compaction consistently.

Safety

Safety functions include Electronic Drive Control with a “quick brake” function, which shortens braking distances if the lever is moved very fast, and a tilt indicator. Excellent visibility with unimpeded views to drum edges and rear tires and multiple large mirrors which provide wide views to rear. The standard ROPS cab meets ISO 12117-2:2008 requirements.

Innovation

Flannery continue to invest in the latest CAT Roller range, and the CS66B gives up to 50% more efficiency due to the on-board compaction measurement that helps take guesswork out of the process. Exclusive MDP technology gives compaction readings and scalable solutions including mapping and machine-to-machine communication keep jobsite connected.

Sustainability

Cat C4.4 ACERT Technology meet EU Stage IV emission standards. Eco-mode keeps rpm, fuel consumption while the enhanced weight distribution and amplitude reduces the number of passes required. All performance data can be reviewed remotely through the Flannery telematic system ensuring that idle time and fuel economy can be monitored to improve site sustainability.
